Visa for church relations in Belarus

The Belarusian immigration authorities distinguish three durations and three variants of the frequency of entry:

• up to 30 days stay single, double or multiple entries
• up to 90 days stay single, double or multiple entries
• 90 days stay within a year multiple entries (multi-visa)

The visas for a stay of up to 30 or 90 days are valid over a continuous period. The visa for 90 days per year allows multiple visits and collaborations spread over a period of 365 days.

The application requirements vary depending on the required duration of the visa for church relations in Belarus. For temporary stays of a maximum of 30 or 90 days within a specified period, the original application of a religious Belarusian association must be submitted to the consular section. The authorized representative for church and nationality affairs must have approved the application. For the annual visa for multiple entries and exits, the Belarusian religious association, where you are deployed as a church representative or missionary, is obliged to submit an admission application for your entry to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. In coordination with the authorized representatives for church and nationality affairs, the competent officials make a decision. Once the application is approved, the ministry automatically informs the consular representation in Germany. As an applicant, you do not need any additional document for a visa application with the purpose of Church Relations, just the usual documents such as application form, passport, and passport photo.
