Our Philosophy

König Tours GmbH & Co. KG assists its clients in applying for visas and travel-related documents. The services provided consist solely of organizational, formal, and content support in the context of the respective application process.
The decision on the issuance or rejection of a visa lies exclusively with the responsible authorities or foreign representations.

König Tours GmbH & Co. KG provides paid services to assist with visa procurement and related governmental procedures.
The contract explicitly does not guarantee the issuance of a visa.

The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places an order and payment is received. Upon conclusion of the contract, the customer obligatorily commissions the provider to perform the service.

The commissioned service may consist of several separable components, in particular:

• Creation and provision of a customized document package based on the current requirements of the relevant authority or foreign representation,
• Review and inspection of documents submitted by the customer,
• Assistance with the application process and submission or filing with the competent authority,
• further organizational or communicative support services within the scope of the visa procedure.

Each of these components constitutes an independent, immediately usable service, even if commissioned as part of a complete package.

1.4 Decision on Visa Type and Category

The decision on the type, category, validity, duration of stay, and other substantive configuration of a visa is exclusively at the discretion of the competent authority or foreign representation.

The provider owes the proper application according to the commissioned visa type, but not the specific governmental classification or categorization of the issued visa.

Deviations in the visa category determined by the authority do not constitute a claim for reimbursement, provided that the application was properly filed.

The processing time for visa applications depends on the responsible authorities and cannot be influenced by the provider. Indicated processing times represent non-binding empirical values.

Provided documents are transmitted by mail or electronically in good faith. Delays or losses that are outside the provider's control do not constitute a claim for reimbursement.

Set-off with counterclaims is only permissible if they are undisputed or have been legally established.

The prices stated at the time of the order apply. Payment is due upon conclusion of the contract.
Refunds are made exclusively in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The provider is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
Liability for decisions by authorities or foreign representations is excluded.

In the event of a cancellation after the conclusion of the contract, a flat fee of 35.00 EUR will be charged as compensation or reimbursement of expenses, unless further services have already been provided.

If documents have already been transmitted to the customer or third parties, or if services have been fully provided, a full compensation may become due.

If the customer is a consumer, he expressly requests that the provider begins the performance of the service before the end of the withdrawal period.
The start of the service is no later than in the creation or provision of the document package or the commencement of the document review.
With the start of performance, the right of withdrawal may expire according to § 356 para. 4 BGB, provided that the legal requirements are met.

If the customer terminates the contract after the document package has been provided, there is no claim for a full refund.
The document package is a standalone, immediately usable service.
In this case, at least the flat fee according to item 7.2 in the amount of 35.00 EUR will be retained.

Once the visa application or the documents designated for it have been transferred, submitted, or handed over by the provider to the competent authority or foreign representation, the service is considered substantially and irreversibly provided.
From this moment on, cancellation is excluded. There is no claim for reimbursement, regardless of the later outcome of the procedure.

After a decision by the competent authority or foreign representation on the visa application - regardless of whether the visa is granted or denied - there is no claim for reimbursement, as the contractually owed service was fully provided at that time and the decision lies solely within the responsibility of the authority.

A service is considered used as soon as a service component has been made available to the customer or he had the opportunity to use it.
The use is independent of the later outcome of the visa process.

The legal venue, insofar as legally permissible, is the headquarters of König Tours GmbH & Co. KG.

If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
