Our Philosophy

Our goal is to support you in the best possible and professional way with your concerns. Visa, legalization, and insurance procedures are complex and dependent on many external bodies.

These General Terms and Conditions are intended to transparently explain,

• what services we provide for you,

• where our support ends and

• which decisions are outside our control.

If you have any questions or are unsure, we are always happy to assist you personally.

1.1 The services offered for a fee by König Tours GmbH & Co. KG include services for obtaining visas at foreign missions/foreign authorities and/or for obtaining a visa support letter or invitation, as well as advice on visa matters.

The service of König Tours GmbH & Co. KG is provided with the examination of the client's application documents for completeness, the procurement of the visa or the visa support letter, and the delivery to the chosen shipping company or delivery via electronic means. The decision on the issuance of a visa is exclusively the prerogative of the embassies and ministries of the respective countries. The services of König Tours GmbH & Co. KG are also expressly rendered if the competent consulate has objected to the visa application or if the issuance of an invitation has been refused by the competent authority or if changes in the immigration regulations occur during the ongoing application process. It follows that the obligation to pay for the services provided by König Tours GmbH & Co. KG must also be met if the visa application was not approved. König Tours GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to reject orders without giving reasons and to transfer the execution of the order to third parties.

1.2 König Tours GmbH & Co. KG generally begins processing customer inquiries only after confirmation of the present general terms and conditions. This is especially true in the absence of an online order on www.buch-dein-visum.de If customer documents cannot be assigned upon receipt of no online order, confirmation of the general terms and conditions by the customer via email is required.

2.1 The processing time for obtaining a visa or applying for a visa support letter depends on the opening hours of the consulate or the responsible ministry to be consulted, König Tours GmbH & Co. KG, and the partner companies commissioned by König Tours GmbH & Co. KG, and starts no earlier than 1 day after receipt of the complete documents. Public holidays in Germany and in the respective destination country must be taken into account by the customer. Processing times for applications may be extended due to holidays or unscheduled closures of foreign authorities, without König Tours GmbH & Co. KG being able to influence this.

The processing times for visas and invitations offered by König Tours GmbH & Co. KG are based on the regular opening hours and designated processing times of the responsible authorities.

König Tours GmbH & Co. has no influence on the processing periods at the foreign representations/authorities once the data has been transmitted. The representations and authorities reserve the right to retain documents from applicants for additional verification over an extended period of time on a case-by-case basis or randomly.

König Tours is entitled to adjust the processing duration and the shipping method to ensure the travel data, and to charge the costs to the customer. The same applies to price adjustments that arise after the order has been placed due to changes in an official fee schedule regarding consular or registration fees.

2.2 Shipping methods do not count as processing time. All points listed under 2. must be considered by the customer when choosing the processing time. The delivery of the invitation/reference number usually occurs via email. This also applies to confirmations of e-visas. It is the customer's responsibility to check the mailbox and spam folder for the arrival of the invitation or e-visa confirmations. If an invitation that must be presented to the consulate in its original form is ordered, the customer will receive it by mail.

2.3 Express visa

The application for an express visa at a date chosen by the customer by König Tours GmbH & Co. KG can only be carried out at the price specified in the order if the documents are submitted to the visa service by 8:00 AM. If the customer's documents arrive after 8:00 AM, but no later than 9:00 AM, König Tours GmbH & Co. KG is entitled to make a special trip to the responsible mission/authority at its own discretion to maintain the desired delivery date of the customer. The additional costs incurred are charged to the customer.

3.1 If the customer has selected a shipping method for the return shipment in the ordering process, where timely arrival of the visa or documents is not possible, König Tours GmbH & Co. KG is entitled to choose a different shipping method at its own discretion and charge for it.

4.1 Set-off against claims of König Tours GmbH & Co. KG is only legitimate for counterclaims that were considered legally binding.

5.1 Fees for corrections and special efforts Incorrectly printed or incompletely or inadequately filled visa applications will not be accepted by the foreign missions and will be rejected. A visa cannot be issued under these circumstances. For this reason, König Tours GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to correct or reissue visa applications of the customer at its own discretion and without further consultation with the customer, charging a flat fee to prevent higher processing costs and unnecessary delays in processing time due to obvious formal defects. The flat fee is 10.00 €.

Furthermore, König Tours GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to complete or process incomplete documents sent as well as documents that do not meet the requirements of the checklist in the order confirmation or the requirements of the responsible consulate, within the scope of possibilities available to König Tours GmbH & Co. KG, to ensure a complete document package when applying for the visa and to prevent a possible rejection by the consulate. Costs for extra trips, which are to be carried out by König Tours GmbH & Co. KG due to missing or incomplete application documents of the customer, are at the expense of the customer.

5.2 Prices for special effort

The prices are per person or per piece.

5.3 The shipping costs depend on the shipping method selected in the ordering process. The price for visa orders is in addition to the shipping costs. Should the customer choose a shipping method that is not adequate for the type of visa ordered, König Tours GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to change the shipping method and charge the fees incurred.

5.4 In case of incomplete payment received, König Tours GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to return the documents by cash on delivery and charge the customer the additional fees.

5.5 König Tours GmbH & Co. KG has no influence on any increases in consulate fees after the visa applications have been sent.

6.1 The decision on the issuance of visas or invitations is solely the responsibility of the relevant foreign representation (embassy) or authority. König Tours GmbH & Co. KG assumes no liability for the decision. König Tours GmbH & Co KG commits to the customer to provide the service in the form of arranging the application for the issuance of visas or invitations to the competent authorities and the handing over of any issued visas or invitations and related documents to a shipping company specified by the customer or properly selected. Furthermore, König Tours GmbH & Co. KG commits to handing over customer documents to shipping companies in a manner that enables damage-free transport to the customer. König Tours GmbH & Co. KG assumes no liability for damage, delayed delivery, or loss of the shipment. Claims that may arise from loss, delayed delivery, or damage of the documents during shipment against the shipping company are transferred by König Tours GmbH & Co. KG to the customer. In the case of delivery by email, it is the customer's responsibility to regularly check his mailbox and spam folder. The service of König Tours GmbH & Co. KG is expressly also provided when an application for a visa or an invitation has not been granted by the competent authority or if the processing time indicated in the order process (cf. 2. Processing time for visas and invitations) is delayed due to temporary closures of authorities or processing procedures of the authorities that were not foreseeable for König Tours GmbH & Co.

6.2 The issuance of a visa by the authorities/embassy/consulate does not guarantee entry into the respective country. The decision on entry remains the right of the immigration officers / airport staff at the port of entry.

6.3 For damages to the customer's other legal rights that occur during the processing of orders by König Tours GmbH & Co. KG due to gross negligence or intent, König Tours GmbH & Co. KG assumes liability of up to a maximum of 800.00 € for visa orders or 200.00 € for the application of visa support letters. These amounts represent typical possible damage limits in these service areas.

7.1 Cancellations must be made in writing (email, letter, fax). This regulation applies to both contract parties.

7.2 Visas after the customer has triggered a chargeable order via the button Order visa and has received an order number, a free cancellation is no longer possible. In the event of a cancellation, a flat fee of €35.00 will be charged. The same applies as soon as the documents of König Tours GmbH are already on hand, processing of the documents has begun and the documents have not yet been forwarded to the responsible foreign representation. Also in this case, in the event of a cancellation, the customer has to bear a flat rate of €35.00 plus the shipping costs for the return shipment. In cases where the documents are already on the way to the responsible foreign representation, the customer has to pay cancellation fees amounting to 100% in the event of cancellation of the order.

7.3 Invitations Canceling invitations/visa support letters is not possible under § 312 d Para. 4 No. 1 BGB, as these are created specifically for the customer.

8.1 Deviations (modification or supplementation) from the General Terms and Conditions listed here, which arise through agreements or ancillary agreements, explicitly require written form. This also applies to the cancellation of the written form clause.

9.1 In all disputes arising from this agreement, German law shall apply and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Brühl.

10.1 Should individual provisions or separable parts be ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining contractual conditions remains unaffected.
