Zimbabwe
We support you with visa applications and all consular questions
The trip to Zimbabwe is an unforgettable experience, but requires some preparation. Travelers from Germany need a valid visa to enter Zimbabwe. We have more than 20 years of experience in our business and have already helped countless travelers with our consular service .
Focus on your trip or your professional stay in Zimbabwe – we will take care of the formalities.
The first step is to clarify visa questions. There is a distinction between a tourist visa and a business visa. A tourist visa does not allow any work activities in the country – not even a voluntary internship. A business visa is required for this. The stay and the exercise of the activity may only take place according to the information on the visa application, changes and extensions must be applied for in time.
To comply with all legal formalities and avoid negative consequences, we offer you our service. We support you with your visa application and take care of the translations of documents. Often, proof of the authenticity of documents is required.
Through legalization, the authenticity of a signature on a document is confirmed. The legal basis is § 13 para. 2 Consular Act. Legalizations are carried out by means of a note on the document, which confirms the authenticity of the signature and the authority of the issuer. Are you going to start a new job in Zimbabwe and need to provide evidence of training and university degrees? Contact us, we will inform you about the possibilities of translation and legalization of all existing documents.

Vacation in Zimbabwe - discover the beauty and fascination of the country
In the Shona language, Zimbabwe means »stone houses«, more specifically »esteemed houses«. The name originates from the ruins located in the Masvingo province today. These are the largest pre-colonial stone buildings in the south of the continent. The ruins still hold great significance for the population. They have been depicted on the country's coat of arms since 1981 and have been part of the UNESCO World Heritage since 1986.
A highlight of your trip to Zimbabwe are the Victoria Falls. A visit to the waterfall is an unforgettable experience: The waterfalls have been part of the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, which covers about 66 km², since 1972. Do not miss the bath in the Devil's Pool, the "Devil's swimming pool". This natural basin is located directly on the western side of the waterfall. Between September and December, you may use the basin for bathing when the water level is low.
When entering the country, observe the current entry regulations, especially regarding required vaccinations or proof of tests for flights. We also recommend taking out travel insurance that covers the costs of unexpected health expenses. Overseas health insurance is responsible for health costs, and trip cancellation insurance comes into effect in case of a cancelled trip according to the insurance conditions.
During your vacation in Zimbabwe, you either pay using credit cards or bank cards, or you exchange cash into the local currency, Zimbabwe Dollar beforehand. Paying with another currency is not allowed.
Visit one of the numerous national parks of the country - 27 percent of the country's area is designated as a wildlife park, national park, or other protected area. Covering an area of 15,000 km², the Hwange National Park is the largest park in the country. It is home to elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, African wild dogs, and many other animals.
