Group visa for Belarus

You are not traveling alone, but in a group? The visa-required Republic of Belarus offers a group visa for travel groups of 5 or more people. A travel permit for traveling together is available regardless of the purpose of the trip. For example, it can be used by vacationers, school groups, sports teams, business travelers, or staff of humanitarian aid projects. However, individuals intending to take up employment or move their permanent residence to Belarus are excluded from the group regulation. In these cases, the Belarusian authorities issue only individual visas that match the travel purpose.

The Belarusian foreign representations issue visas for travel groups with the following validity:

• up to 30 days stay with single or double entry
• up to 90 days stay with single or double entry

Multi-visas that allow multiple entries are not available within this visa category.

Which documents you need for your visa application depends on the purpose of your trip or the type of visa. In most cases, invitation letters from the host companies or individuals are required. If you are traveling for tourism purposes, usually a hotel voucher is sufficient. After completing the ordering process, you will receive detailed information about the documents to be submitted. • Your travel group consists of at least 5 members.
• The documents of all travelers (including passports, visa application, passport photos) must be submitted simultaneously as a package.
• When applying for a visa, a participant list must be submitted in duplicate. Mandatory information for each traveler includes: first and last name, date of birth, passport number, issue and expiration date of the passport, nationality.
• All group members have the same entry and exit dates and perform the border crossings together. Please take into account that problems can arise if a traveler does not start the tour or falls ill during the stay.
