Tajikistan has increased consular fees for visas and citizenship services
The Government of Tajikistan has approved new sizes of consular fees for visa processing and services related to citizenship. The resolution came into effect at the end of October and reflects a revision of state policy in the field of immigration.
Now foreign citizens applying for obtaining or renouncing Tajikistan citizenship need to pay four times more.
The cost of visas for foreign minors up to 16 years old has also been increased, regardless of the document's validity period. Fees for foreign students, postgraduates, and researchers have also been increased.
