In 2025, Russia will tighten its migration policy while experiencing a need for labor, especially in highly qualified specialists.
These materials are based on official information from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Consular Department and are current at the time of publication. We regularly monitor changes in visa legislation, however, for the most accurate and updated information, we recommend contacting our managers.

- You collect a package of documents and pass them to us (without queuing and without leaving home) or to the consulate (in order of queue according to working hours) →
- Pay the fees, undergo an interview (if necessary) →
- The visa is processed within 5–30 working days (usually 7–20).

It will take you about 30 working days to arrange visa support. The invitation is valid from the date of issue, for example, 1 year for an annual visa. Therefore, it is not recommended to apply for an invitation and visa too early, as otherwise a significant part of the visa validity period will be 'spent' before you enter Russia. We recommend submitting documents about 1 1/2 months before the trip. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Now, such visas can be extended in Russia without leaving the country for up to 90 days beyond the initial three months. Visas will be issued as single-entry or double-entry visas. Extension is possible only once and is processed through the Main Directorate for Migration Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, provided that there is an equipment supply contract.
