These are our additional services for Russia

Application Service

We will fill out your visa application for a flat fee of 15.00 euros per person and create a printout, which we will submit to the consulate along with your other documents. You can conveniently book this service with your order.

Proof of Return

As an accredited visa agency, we are authorized to issue you a proof of return willingness. You will receive this against a flat fee of 15.00 € per person. If you request the proof from us, you do not need private payroll or bank statements.

Emergency Service in case of passport loss

Passport lost - Visa gone: With us, you get your current visas back quickly. The emergency service from Buch-Dein-Visum ensures the replacement of all not yet expired visas. The costs for reissuing the visas are waived. You only pay the service flat rate of 10.00 € p. P. On our emergency service information page for passport loss you will find all important information.

Visa Comfort Service

With our Visa Comfort Service for Russia, we offer you a solution that saves you a lot of time and effort. You plan your trip in peace, we take care of all matters concerning your visa application. Our employees undertake the following steps for a flat fee of 70.00 € per person:

Filling out the visa application form according to the requirements of the Russian embassy
Conclusion of a valid international health insurance for the entire stay and application of the required international insurance policy
Emergency service in case of passport loss
Issuance of a proof of return willingness
