Assistance in filling in the Uzbekistan visa application form

The official form of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan for applying for a visa to Uzbekistan can be obtained online or after placing an order. The online application is available in English, Uzbek, Russian, French and Spanish. There is no German version available.

Prerequisites

You will need your passport to complete the application. Uploading a digital passport photo is optional. Be sure to submit a passport photo, even if you have a printout of the application with your photo.
There are the following technical requirements: You need a stable Internet connection and an up-to-date browser that supports 128-bit encryption. JavaScript must be activated for the page to display correctly. In addition, Adobe Acrobat Reader (5.0) and a printer are required to open and print the application form after it has been completed.

Fill out your Uzbekistan visa application correctly

If you have arrived at the Uzbekistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs application form page, click on the “Next” button to begin filling out the Uzbekistan visa application. All information must be provided in English. Do not use umlauts and symbols that are not found in the English script. For example, instead of “Ä, Ö, ü” write “A, O, u”.

All mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk *. Enter the data 1:1 as it appears on your passport. Do not leave mandatory fields blank. Indicate “n/a” for items that do not apply to you.

Make sure the information is complete and correct. The Uzbek Consulate does not accept handwritten corrections on the visa application. If you have made a mistake, start a new application.

After completing the application, you will receive a “barcode” by which you can later check the status of visa processing in the “Check Visa Status” section.
