Paper forms are no longer required: visas to the Netherlands can only be obtained online

From August 2025, the procedure for applying for a visa to the Netherlands will be completely transferred to an online format. Starting from August 4, all applications can only be submitted electronically, and paper forms and scanned copies will no longer be accepted at visa centers. This innovation is aimed at speeding up document processing, increasing the accuracy of filling out, and creating more convenient conditions for travelers.

Previously, many applicants used paper forms, which often led to errors and delays. Now, applications can only be made through the internet. This approach will reduce the number of technical inaccuracies, make document review faster, and simplify repeat applications.
