The Indonesia Business Visa is a category of visitor visas. It allows foreign businessmen to visit the world's largest island country for business purposes.

Visa changes:

Duration of validity and length of stay

The Indonesian authorities distinguish between single-entry and multiple-entry business visas.

A single-entry visa is valid for three months from the date of issuance. Travelers are allowed to enter the country during this period. The actual authorized period of stay depends on the travel intent or invitation from Indonesia. The usual period is 30 days. The visa can usually be extended once in justified cases.

Multiple-entry visas are valid for a maximum of 1 year. The maximum stay per visit is 60 days. Special application requirements must be observed.

From May 2025, multiple-entry business visas can be extended twice, with each extension lasting 60 days. In total, you can stay in Indonesia for up to 180 days without having to leave the country or reapply for a visa.
