What is the ALL Indonesia Arrival Card?

ALL Indonesia Arrival Card — is an electronic declaration that must be completed by everyone entering the country. It includes personal information, health information, travel details, accommodation details, and luggage information. Essentially, it is a modern digital replacement for the paper arrival cards that were previously issued on board the airplane or at the airport.

Why do you need an arrival card in Indonesia?

The card serves several functions:

  • Customs control – records what goods and items the tourist brings into the country.
  • Migration registration – contains data about the place of residence in Indonesia.
  • Accelerating border crossing – a pre-filled electronic form saves time upon arrival.

Important: filling out the card is mandatory even for transit passengers if they go beyond the international zone of the airport.

How to issue an ALL Indonesia arrival card

The registration process is as simple as possible:

1. Go to the filling form, select the country of travel Indonesia and fill out the online arrival card form on our website:

  • Last name, First name, Middle name and passport data;
  • flight and arrival date;
  • address of stay in Indonesia (hotel, apartments, inviting party);
  • information about luggage and goods.

2. Confirm the data and receive a QR code that is presented at the border.

Tip: the form can be filled out 2–3 days before the trip.

What to Specify in ALL Indonesia Arrival Card

1. Health Declaration: Health condition, presence of symptoms, countries you have been to before arrival and/or risk of contagious diseases.

2. Carried Goods and Personal Luggage

  • Specify all the items you are bringing into Indonesia.
  • Personal belongings of passengers are duty-free if their value does not exceed 500 USD (FOB).
  • For crew members, the limit is 50 USD (FOB).
  • Pilgrims of Hajj and persons receiving prizes/awards are subject to separate legislative norms.

3. Prohibited Items

It is forbidden to transport:

  • narcotics, banned drugs;
  • items related to terrorism, money laundering, or violating local laws.

4. Cash and Payment Instruments

  • If you have cash (or traveler's checks, promissory notes, certificates, etc.) amounting to 100,000,000 IDR (approximately 6,500 USD), you must declare it.
  • If you are bringing in foreign currency amounting to 1,000,000,000 IDR (about 65,000 USD), permission from Bank Indonesia is required.

5. Excise Goods (for persons over 18/21 years of age)

Duty-free allowance:

  • Alcohol – up to 1 liter per passenger (350 ml for crew).
  • Cigarettes – up to 200 pieces (40 pieces for crew).
  • Cigars – up to 25 pieces (10 pieces for crew).
  • Cut tobacco – up to 100 g (40 g for crew).
  • Electronic cigarettes and liquids:
    • solid sticks – up to 140 pieces or 40 capsules (20 sticks or 5 capsules for crew);
    • open system liquids – up to 30 ml (15 ml for crew);
    • closed system liquids – up to 12 ml (6 ml for crew).

Anything exceeding these limits is subject to destruction or duty.

6. Goods Not for Personal Use

If the quantity of goods does not match 'for personal use' (e.g., intended for sale or business), they are subject to duties and taxes.

7. Special Categories

  • Re-imported goods and temporarily imported items (e.g., exhibition equipment) are declared separately and exempt from duties under established rules.
  • Mobile phones, tablets, and gadgets purchased abroad and intended for use in the local network must be notified.

Validity periods and features of the ALL Indonesia arrival card

  • The arrival card is valid for one entry only. It must be filled in anew with each new visit to Indonesia.
  • It is recommended to save the QR code to your phone and print it on paper for reliability.
  • If you are traveling with your family, a separate arrival card is issued for each family member.
