What is the validity of the Tanzania visa?

Tourist visas are valid from the day of issue 3 months and allow a single entry. The same applies to the other visa categories if they are applied for as an "ordinary visa Tanzania". An exception is the transit visa, which entitles the holder to a stay of up to 14 days. Multiple entry visas into the Republic are not always available and only in justified cases for business travelers, students, or interns. They are valid for 3, 6, or 12 months. The stay is limited to a maximum of 3 months per entry into the Republic.

Regardless of the purpose of the trip, you will need your original passport (minimum validity of 6 months upon entry), 1 biometric passport photo, and the completed application form.
