Namibia has expanded the list of countries eligible for visas on arrival
The Ministry of Internal Affairs, Immigration, and Security of Namibia has officially confirmed: citizens of another 36 countries can now obtain a visa on arrival, having arranged it in advance.
Now, citizens of the following states and territories can obtain an electronic visa on arrival:
These countries supplement the list of 90 states, whose citizens could already use electronic visas on arrival from April 2025.
At the same time, the authorities announced an increase in the visa fee at the border: from 1600 to 2000 Namibian dollars. An additional fee of 400 Namibian dollars will be charged for submitting the application manually.
