Need information on what documents are required for your visa?

We provide a short list of essential documents on the visa pages for each country, simply select the country and visa type you are interested in from the menu.

Provide your contact details and the address where the visa will be delivered to, as well as the transportation company that will deliver to the address.

An email will be sent to the email address you provided in the application form with a list of required documents. This package will need to be prepared either in paper form if the visa is applied for through a consulate or in scanned form if the visa is applied for online.

All instructions on how to submit the documents for your visa will be given in the letter.

Pay attention to the validity of your passport - it must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of planned entry.

The visa photo must be a color, biometric, 3.5 x 4.5 cm in size and taken on a white background. The applicant's face should be placed in the middle of the photo and should not show a smile or any other expressions. It is also important that the applicant does not wear a headdress in the photograph, except in cases related to religious beliefs.

As an accredited visa agency, we will take care of the preparation of the visa application form. All you need is the data requested by the embassy of the country to issue a visa.

Your accommodation and round-trip ticket details are also required to apply for a Hong Kong visa. It is recommended that you make advance reservations for your tickets and hotel/accommodation before applying for a visa.

Depending on the visa category you are applying for, you may need additional documents:

• Proof of financial solvency: a bank statement, a work certificate showing income, a sponsorship letter or other documents confirming the availability of funds.

Business Visa:

• Invitation from a Chinese partner: a document confirming the purpose of the trip.
• Copy of the license of the inviting company: to confirm the legality of the business.
• Certificate of employment: to confirm current employment, business travel and travel sponsorship (if relevant).

Work visa:

• Employment contract: a document confirming the employment relationship with the employer.
• Educational documents: copies of diplomas and certificates.
• Certificate of no criminal record.
• Medical insurance.

Student visa:

• Special application form form ID 995A or ID 995B: depending on the type of visa.
• Admission Document: An official document from the institution confirming your enrollment.
• Criminal record certificate.
• Health insurance.
