Guide to Filling Out the Oman e-Visa Application Form

The application form for the Oman e-Visa allows you to apply for a visa to Oman digitally. It collects personal data, travel information, and contact information. The application is made electronically and is intended for tourist or business stays.

1. Travel dates

• Entry and exit dates: Enter the planned dates of your entry and exit from/to Oman.
• Order number: If you have submitted the application through a service provider like König Tours, enter your order number here to uniquely assign the application.

2. Personal information

• First and last names of parents: Enter the full names of your father and mother.
• Marital status: Check your current marital status (single, married, divorced, widowed).
• Name of spouse (if married): Enter the full name of your spouse.

3. Additional documents

Please send the following documents by email in addition to this application form to e-visum@koenig-tours.de:

• Passport copy: A colored, legible copy or scan of the photo page of your passport (max. 300 KB).
• Biometric passport photo: A passport photo in JPG format measuring 3.5 x 4.5 cm (max. 1 MB).

Note: A fee of 8.00 € is charged for digitizing documents that are sent by mail.

4. Signature and Conclusion

• Place and date: Enter the date and place of completion.

• Completeness and Accuracy: Check all information and documents for completeness and readability to avoid delays.
