Electronic Visa for Sports/Cultural Events in Papua New Guinea

What documents are required to apply for an e-visa?

1) Passport-sized photograph;
2) Personal data page of the passport with a validity of at least 6 months from the date of travel;
3) Confirmed return ticket, if available;
4) Birth certificate for minor applicants;
5) Proof of paid accommodation;
6) Other receipts such as bank statement, current passport/visa of the country of residence

An email will be sent to the email address you provided in the application form with a list of required documents. This package must be prepared either in paper form if the visa is applied for through a consulate, or in scanned form if the visa is applied for online.

• Athletes must provide a status proof from the national sports federation and an invitation from a partner in PNG. The invitation must include the purpose of the visit, the duration of the stay, the venues, and the expected frequency of visits to the country.
• Artists and participants in cultural events may be required to provide a portfolio or documents to prove their professional activity.
