Current Entry Requirements for Mauritius

On June 17, 2026, new travel and safety advisories for Mauritius were published. These advisories specifically address entry requirements in light of the current Ebola outbreaks in East Africa. Travelers to Mauritius must complete the “All in One Travel Form” online or submit a paper copy at the gate before boarding.

There is currently an entry ban for travelers wishing to enter Mauritius from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, or Sudan. This also applies to transit passengers or individuals who have been in one of these countries within the last 21 days. These measures may be expanded depending on the course of the outbreak.

Exceptions to this entry ban apply to holders of a permanent Mauritian work or residence permit, as well as to holders of business and student visas. These individuals must undergo a 21-day quarantine upon entry.
