Morocco: Accès-Maroc Portal for e-Visa Applications Back Online
The official Moroccan portal, Accès Maroc, through which electronic visas for Morocco are applied for, has been functioning reliably again since the end of August 2026. Between August 20 and 31, 2026, numerous visa applicants were affected by significant technical glitches that blocked the online application process at a certain stage. Tests conducted on August 31 confirmed that the issues have since been resolved and applications can once again be completed normally.
During the more than ten-day disruption, the portal remained accessible in principle, allowing travelers to continue checking whether they were eligible for an e-visa. However, the actual difficulty arose later in the application process: After receiving the confirmation email required for the application and accepting the travel conditions, the process often got stuck. Clicking the “Continue” button simply led to an endless loading screen, preventing users from reaching the next step—entering their personal information. Numerous travelers had independently reported this issue in recent days.
Following the most recent checks, the application process can now be completed in full and without interruption. The previously blocked steps are therefore accessible again, allowing eligible travelers to resubmit their electronic visa applications for Morocco as usual.
For travelers who were unable to submit an application in recent days due to the disruption, or whose application had stalled, this means the process can now continue without technical obstacles. However, given the previous delays, anyone planning a last-minute trip to Morocco should still allow for sufficient lead time, as processing times may have been delayed in some cases due to the technical issue.
We handle the entire Morocco e-visa application process for our customers, verify that the required documents are complete, and guide them through the entire process to ensure that technical issues on official portals do not interfere with their travel plans. Those interested can find an overview of the various visa categories applicable for travel to Morocco or other countries in our summary of all visa types.
Anyone currently planning a trip to Morocco who is unsure whether a visa is required or which documents are needed can easily submit their application via our visa application form. This ensures the entire process is handled reliably and without technical hurdles on the official portal.
