Date of birth should be entered in the format DD.MM.YYYY, and place of birth should include city and country. In the Occupation field, the information depends on your current status. Employed persons indicate their current position and company, civil servants - department and occupation, self-employed - occupation and the name of their company. Pensioners write “pensioner” and indicate the last place of work, and students - “student” and the name of the educational institution.

Passport details and travel information

Passport data should be entered exactly as it is written in the passport: number, date of issue, expiration date and place of issue. In the travel information section, provide the expected date of arrival in Nepal, name of travel agency (if applicable), destination and address in Nepal, length of stay, purpose of visit and date of last visit to Nepal, if any.

Visa type and additional information

When selecting the visa type, focus on the planned length of stay. Make sure that the duration specified matches your flight and hotel booking information. If a contact person in your country is required, this can be a relative or friend who can confirm information about you. If a travel sponsor is required, this can be the person or organization paying for your trip, including yourself.

Signature, date and submission of the application

The application form must be signed in person by the applicant, and the signature must match the signature on the passport. For minor applicants, the form is signed by a parent or legal guardian, in which case it may be necessary to attach a copy of the guardianship document.
