2. Travel Dates

• Planned Date of Entry: Enter the planned date of your entry into Myanmar.
• Place of Entry: Specify the airport or border crossing you wish to enter through.

3. Accommodation in Myanmar

• Hotel or Accommodation: Provide the name and full address of your accommodation in Myanmar. The accommodation does not need to be firmly booked, you can specify a potential accommodation.
• Accommodation Phone Number: If available, provide the phone number of the hotel or host.

4. Additional Documents

Please send the following documents along with the completed application form to e-visum@koenig-tours.de:

• Copy of the Passport Photo Page: A colored, readable copy or scan of the photo page of your passport (max. 300 KB).
• Passport Photo: A colored passport photo in JPG format with a white background (3.8 x 4.6 cm, max. 1 MB).
• Invitation Letter (only required for business trips): A letter from the inviting organization in Myanmar.

Note: For digitizing documents submitted by mail, König Tours charges a processing fee of 8.00 €.

5. Completion of the Form

• Place and Date: Enter the date and place of application.
