Order / order number: If you are applying for the visa through a service provider such as König Tours, please enter your order or order number here.

2. Travel dates

Entry date and exit date: Enter the planned date of your entry and exit in Qatar.

3. Accommodation in Qatar

Hotel name and address: Enter the name and full address of the hotel or your accommodation in Qatar.

4. Emergency contact in Germany

Name and telephone number: Enter the name and telephone number of an emergency contact person in Germany.
